Oxford Fashion Studio #NYFW

Oxford Fashion Studio produce runaway shows, they present collections by independent designers and emerging global brands to press and stockiest on runway shows. The designers have been covered by Harpers Bazaar, Vogue and Elle just to name a few. During New York Fashion week Oxford Fashion Studio had a list of shows with a collective of 4 or 5 designers in a segment displayed back to back. It was amazing to say the least.

Three of my Favorite Designers were:

Rachel Pollak: Her collection was a great twist of evening and ready to wear pieces. Each piece were in sync with each having some embroidery, sequence or a pop of color. The line embodied luxury and clean silhouettes perfect for any special occasion or even a date night.

B. Zarina: Her Collection was beautiful with long and flowy silhouettes. Each piece had some sparkle and shine with embroidery and silks. This collection embodied class and elegance with lace accents and ruffle details. My favorite piece was the long pewter duster, could easily be dressed up or paired with boyfriend jeans for a edgy look.

Nannerwave x Joo Won Yu: Their collection was menswear street flare with the transitional pieces. From the hood being pulled down to a poncho or a scarf being pulled into a tunic. The collection was filled with layers of leathers and rich materials. Perfect collection for men on the go, who travels the world and look carefree doing it.

OFS is a great platform for these emerging designers, they are so talented and making a great stamp in the fashion industry.
